This Privacy Policy describes the data collection and processing practices of Kauna (“we,” “us,” “our”) in connection with the Kauna mobile application (the “App”) available on Android and iOS platforms. For the primary functionality of providing fashion recommendations and for improving the App, we focus on anonymized data.Our application does not collect personal data from users. The only data processed are user prompts, which are used solely for the purpose of querying Amazon’s Product Advertising API (PAAPI):
1- User Prompts for Product Searches: We process user-provided written prompts. These prompts are used to generate search keywords that are sent to Amazon’s Product Advertising API (PAAPI) to retrieve relevant product information. These prompts are handled to facilitate search functionality.
2- Anonymized Usage Data and AI Agent Interactions: To enhance the App, improve our AI agent, and provide a better user experience, we collect anonymized data about how you use the App. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Features accessed and usage patterns within the App.
-Anonymized logs of your conversations and interactions with our AI shopping agent. This data is collected and stored in a way that it is not associated with any specific individual and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not require you to provide, nor do we actively collect for the core anonymous improvement processes, PII such as your name, email, or address. Any PII collection, such as an email address if you contact support or choose to create an account (if such features are made available and you opt into them), would be subject to clear notice at the point of collection and specific consent where required. The "Data Deletion Instructions" section below pertains to such PII, should you provide it under those circumstances.

Data Deletion Instructions
We retain anonymized usage data and AI chat logs for as long as necessary for the purposes of application improvement and analysis. Since this data is anonymized and not linked to any personal identifiers, it cannot be specifically traced back to an individual for targeted deletion from these improvement datasets.
Data Deletion Instructions for Personally Identifiable Information (if provided):
The following instructions apply if you have voluntarily provided Personally Identifiable Information to us (e.g., by creating an account or contacting support directly with identifiable details).

Children’s Privacy
Our application is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13.3 While we collect anonymized usage data for app improvement, this is not targeted at children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with PII without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information. We do not encourage children under 13 to use our services.
